About the Rev. Dr. Bryce Norton:
Bryce Norton, son of Gordon & Kay Norton, grew up in our church. After graduating from Furman University, he became a CPA with Ernst and Young. The Lord led Bryce to use his vacation time to join mission teams to China. While continuing to work at Ernst and Young, he earned his Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary. Upon his graduation, God immediately led a large Methodist church in Georgia, Mount Pisgah, to offer Bryce the opportunity to lead their extensive overseas mission program. While there, he earned his doctorate in Christian Leadership. The Lord then led Bryce to the position of Executive Pastor of a large Baptist church. Utilizing his past business experiences and mission work, Bryce proceeded to serve as CEO of a Christian non-profit similar to our Free Clinic. God then opened the door for him to serve in leadership in a unique Christian missionary organization that develops lay evangelists in third-world countries. With his varied backgrounds in business, evangelism, and leadership, Bryce now serves as CEO for the non-profit Hearts for Eternity. This year Bryce was endorsed by Pastor Bob and our church council to be a part of our mission program.
