Pastor's Note
A NOTE FROM PASTOR BOB
Fishing and Christianity have always had a special connection. Many of Jesus’ disciples started out as fisherman, and fishing was often used as an illustration of faith and discipleship. Just as the fisherman patiently casts a line and waits with expectation, believers are called to trust God’s timing and provision.
Jesus called the disciples to become ‘fishers of men’. For Peter and his brothers, this meant they left their actual nets behind to follow Christ. This week, let’s explore what becoming ‘fishers of people’ means for us today!
See you Sunday!
— Pastor Bob
