Our St. Pete First School Partnership ministry supports Melrose Elementary and Fairmount Park Elementary with mentorships, tutoring, fundraisers, teacher support, prayer, food, and acts of loving kindness.

 

It’s easy to become a volunteer:

​

1. Sign up as a Pinellas County School volunteer. Go to the Pinellas County Schools volunteer registration page and follow the registration process.   The online application requires an email address, a scan/photo of the front and back of your drivers license (or other photo ID), and approximately 5-15 minutes of your time. Please note that you will be required to submit your social security number for the purpose of criminal background screening since you will be working with children. 

2. Choose your volunteer days and times. Volunteer opportunities include student support (Lunch Pals, mentoring and tutoring, reading partners, pen pals, Growth in Gardening), event support (Teacher Appreciation, Literacy Night, Math Night, Science Night, chaperoning field trips), and more.
