St Pete First Communications Team

The communications team manages overall church communications.

The Communications Director should be contacted anytime you are planning an event or have a message you would like to share with the church family or the community. Brochures, handouts, or other items that you have already prepared should be approved by the communication team before you distribute them to ensure that St Pete First is presenting a consistent message to the church and to the community.

  • Complete the  Announcement/Media Request Form if you need an announcement (Bulletin, pre-service slides & announcement TVs, online, email), print media (brochures, flyers, signs), video, or online resources (website, social media). 

  • Complete the Facility Use Form if you need to get an event on the church calendar and/or schedule space for a class, meeting, or event (plus if you need a Sunday Event Table to publicize an event). All room use must be scheduled so we can manage facility space needs and maintain safety and security in our buildings.

Allocations/Permanent Fund Request 


The Allocations/Memorials Committee accepts applications for charitable funding in April of each year. Please click here for the application form “Permanent Fund Request,” request it from the church Business Office of St Pete First United Methodist Church, or request via email.​​

​Please complete the Permanent Fund Request form and submit it, along with any supporting documents, no later than the deadline specified on the form.  Applications received after the stated deadline cannot be considered for the current year, but can, at your request, be considered in the following year.​
