Allocations/Permanent Fund Request
The Allocations/Memorials Committee is accepting applications for charitable funding. Please click here for the application form “Permanent Fund Request,” request it from the church Business Office of St Pete First United Methodist Church, or request via email.

Please complete the Permanent Fund Request form and submit it, along with any supporting documents, no later than the deadline specified on the form. Applications received after the stated deadline cannot be considered for the current year, but can, at your request, be considered in the following year.
